How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the delivery address and may vary. Typically, the delivery time is between 10 - 19 days. However, there may be occasional variations.

To ensure you always know the current status of your delivery, we will send you a tracking number after the shipment, provided the carrier offers one. You can view and track the delivery anytime in your account under Menu > Tracking. We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

We want to provide you with a unique shopping experience and therefore, we do not charge any additional costs for the delivery of your order.

How can I make a payment?

What is the return or exchange policy?
